01 General Terms & Conditions

Wicked 71 is an online gaming platform providing entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Wicked 71 and its members. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Wicked 71. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time.

• Each person may hold only one account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• A national ID or passport may be required for identity verification.
• The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Login credentials must not be shared with anyone.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on Wicked 71 must be made through approved payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals are currently supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Any new payment methods added will be updated on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 and the maximum is BDT 50,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Identity verification may be requested for any suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wicked 71 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with specific terms that should be read before accepting.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance and real money balance will be displayed separately.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Wicked 71 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

05 Game Policy & Fairness

All games on Wicked 71 operate using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This means every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated in any way.

• If an error or technical issue occurs with a game result, Wicked 71 reserves the right to void that round and refund all bets placed.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting software bugs or glitches will be voided.
• Wicked 71 is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• For Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wicked 71 in order to maintain a fair environment. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting.
• Using automated software or bots in any game.
• Harassing or threatening other members on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass identity verification by submitting false information.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Wicked 71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Submitting a voluntary account closure request.
• Submitting a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team. Before closure, all valid balances will be available for withdrawal.

09 Limitation of Liability

Wicked 71 provides its services on an "as is" basis. Wicked 71 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss resulting from an internet connection failure.
• Any loss caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• If account security is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Any inconvenience caused by temporary downtime during platform maintenance.
